Orders may be canceled by sending us an email to team@hawaiideed.com and refunds shall be issued in accordance with the following terms:
- <24 hours: Cancelation requests received within 24 hours after purchase will be refunded at a rate 100%.
- >24 hours: Cancelation requests received later than 24 hours after purchase will be refunded pro rata based upon the work performed, but in no case shall the refund be less than 80% of the purchase price, unless we have emailed the draft documents to you, in which case the maximum refund shall be the recording fee(s) only.
Draft documents will be emailed to you for review and signature with a notary and witnesses of your choice.
