<24 hours: Cancelation requests received within 24 hours after purchase will be refunded at a rate 100%.

>24 hours: Cancelation requests received later than 24 hours after purchase will be refunded pro rata based upon the work performed, but in no case shall the refund be less than 80% of the purchase price, unless we have emailed the draft documents to you, in which case the maximum refund shall be the recording fee(s) only.
