Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected by HawaiiDeed LLC are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Mobile phone numbers may be disclosed only to the communications service providers that transmit messages on our behalf, solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive, and subject to contractual restrictions on further use or disclosure.
This restriction operates as an express exception to, and controls over, any other provision of this Privacy Policy addressing the sharing of information.
4. Text Messaging Program
HawaiiDeed LLC sends one-to-one customer care text messages only to individuals who have contacted our office about a real property matter and who have affirmatively consented to receive text messages at the number they provided.
Consent is obtained either by checking a separate, unchecked consent box on our inquiry form, or by giving verbal consent during a telephone call to our office. Consent is never a condition of contacting us or of receiving services, and is never obtained from purchased lists, lead vendors, affiliates, or any other third party.
Messages relate to your inquiry and our correspondence with you. We send no marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency is typically one to three messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
