CLIENT QUESTION SERIES (Part 3):

How do remote notarizations work?

Although not required, we recommend signing your documents using a remote, online notary service like Notarize.com.

This ensures the fastest and most efficient processing of your documents. When you use Notarize.com, you'll:

1. Upload the documents we email to you and take a picture of your ID. 2. Answer a few security questions. 3. Sign the documents electronically during a short video call with the notary public

After that, you'll get an email with the fully signed/notarized documents and you can forward that to us for recording.
